Accepted Payment Methods
SillyHost offers a variety of payment methods to make purchasing and renewing your hosting services as convenient as possible. Below is a complete list of the payment options available.
Credit and Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment gateway:

- American Express
Card payments are processed instantly, and your services are activated immediately upon successful payment. All card transactions are protected with SSL encryption and processed through PCI-compliant systems.
PayPal
You can pay using your PayPal account or any card linked to PayPal. PayPal payments are processed immediately, and you benefit from PayPal's buyer protection programme. PayPal is also available for recurring payments and automatic renewals.
Bank Transfer
For larger orders or customers who prefer direct bank payments, we accept bank transfers. Please note that bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days to clear. Your services will be activated once the payment is confirmed in our account. Bank transfer details are provided on your invoice.
Account Credit
If you have credit on your SillyHost account from a refund or overpayment, this credit will automatically be applied to your next invoice. You can view your current credit balance in the Billing section of your client area.
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in British Pounds (GBP). If you are paying from outside the UK, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee. This is determined by your financial institution, not by SillyHost.
