Downloading Your Invoices
SillyHost allows you to download PDF copies of your invoices for your records, accounting, or tax purposes. This guide shows you how to download individual invoices or bulk export your billing history.
Downloading a Single Invoice
- Log in to your SillyHost client area.
- Navigate to Billing and click My Invoices.
- Find the invoice you want to download and click on the invoice number to open it.
- On the invoice detail page, click the Download PDF button.
- The invoice will be downloaded to your computer as a PDF file.
Invoice PDF Contents
Each downloaded invoice PDF includes:
- Your account name and address details
- SillyHost company details and registration information
- Invoice number and date
- Itemised list of services and charges
- Any discounts or credits applied
- Total amount and payment status
- Payment method used
Invoices for Tax Purposes
Our invoices include all the information typically required for business expense claims and VAT records. If you need a VAT invoice or require additional details on your invoices, please contact our billing team and we can update your account information.
Email Copies
All invoices are also sent to your registered email address when they are generated. Check your inbox and spam folder if you cannot locate an invoice email. You can update your contact email in your account profile settings to ensure invoices are delivered to the correct address.
