Updating Your Payment Method

Keeping your payment method up to date ensures your hosting services continue without interruption. You can update your payment details at any time from your client dashboard.

Steps to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log in to your SillyHost client area.
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner and select Payment Methods.
  3. To add a new card, click Add New Payment Method.
  4. Enter your new card details including the card number, expiry date, and CVV.
  5. Click Save Changes to store the new payment method.

Setting a Default Payment Method

If you have multiple payment methods on file, you can set one as your default. The default method will be used for all automatic renewals and recurring payments. Simply click the Set as Default button next to the desired payment method.

Removing an Old Payment Method

To remove an outdated card, click the Delete icon next to the payment method you wish to remove. Please ensure you have at least one valid payment method on file before removing another to avoid service interruptions.

Payment Security

All payment information is processed securely using industry-standard encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by our PCI-compliant payment gateway to ensure your financial data remains safe.

Troubleshooting

If your card is being declined, verify the details are correct, check with your bank for any blocks, and ensure sufficient funds are available. Contact our support team if issues persist.
