Viewing Your Invoices
Keeping track of your invoices is important for managing your hosting expenses. SillyHost makes it easy to view all past and current invoices directly from your client dashboard.
Accessing Your Invoice History
- Log in to your SillyHost client area at
sillyhost.co.uk/login. - Navigate to Billing in the main navigation menu.
- Click on My Invoices to see a complete list of all invoices.
Understanding Invoice Statuses
Each invoice will display one of the following statuses:
- Paid – Payment has been received and processed successfully.
- Unpaid – Payment is due and has not yet been received.
- Overdue – The payment deadline has passed without payment.
- Cancelled – The invoice has been voided and no payment is required.
- Refunded – A refund has been issued for this invoice.
Invoice Details
Click on any invoice number to view the full breakdown. Each invoice includes the service description, billing period, amount charged, payment method used, and the transaction date. You can also see any credits or discounts that were applied.
