SillyHost strives for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your service, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances and timing of your request.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- New hosting accounts within the first 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee.
- Billing errors such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts will be refunded promptly.
- Service issues that our team is unable to resolve may qualify for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain products and services are non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations and renewals
- SSL certificate purchases
- Setup fees, if applicable
- Services used beyond the 30-day money-back window
How to Submit a Refund Request
- Log in to your SillyHost client area.
- Open a Billing Support Ticket.
- Include your invoice number and the reason for your refund request.
- Our billing team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
