Cancelling Your Subscription
We are sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. SillyHost makes the cancellation process straightforward and transparent.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Log in to your SillyHost client area.
- Navigate to Services and select My Products & Services.
- Click on the service you wish to cancel.
- Click the Request Cancellation button.
- Select whether you want an Immediate or End of Billing Period cancellation.
- Provide an optional reason for cancellation and submit the request.
Cancellation Types
- Immediate Cancellation – Your service will be terminated as soon as the request is processed by our team. Any remaining time on your billing cycle will not be used.
- End of Billing Period – Your service continues to function until the end of your current paid period, after which it will not renew.
Important Things to Know
Before cancelling, please ensure you have downloaded all your files, databases, and email data. Once a service is terminated, data cannot be recovered. We recommend taking a full backup before submitting your cancellation request.
Domain Names
Cancelling your hosting does not automatically cancel any domain registrations. Domains are separate products and will continue to renew unless cancelled independently. You can transfer your domain to another registrar if you wish to keep it.
