Purchasing on the Marketplace
Buying a product from the SillyHost Marketplace is straightforward. Follow this guide to find, purchase, and download the digital products you need for your projects.
Step 1: Browse or Search
Navigate to the Marketplace from the main menu. You can browse by category or use the search bar to find specific products. Use the filter options to narrow results by:
- Category – Templates, themes, plugins, scripts, graphics
- Price range – Set a minimum and maximum budget
- Rating – Filter by customer review scores
- Compatibility – Filter by CMS, framework, or hosting compatibility
Step 2: Review the Product
Click on a product to view its detail page. Here you will find:
- A full description and feature list
- Screenshots and live preview links (where available)
- Technical requirements and compatibility information
- Customer reviews and ratings
- The seller's profile, response time, and support policy
- Licence type and what it permits
Step 3: Add to Cart and Checkout
- Click the Add to Cart button on the product page
- Review your cart — you can add multiple products before checking out
- Click Proceed to Checkout
- Select your payment method (credit card, PayPal, or account credit)
- Review the order total including any applicable taxes
- Click Complete Purchase to finalise your order
Step 4: Download Your Product
After a successful purchase:
- You will receive an email confirmation with a download link
- You can also download the product anytime from My Account > Marketplace Purchases
- Download links remain active permanently so you can re-download at any time
Refund Policy
If a product does not work as described or has significant undisclosed issues, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Navigate to your purchase history and click Request Refund. Our team will review the request and respond within 48 hours. Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind, as digital products cannot be returned.
